for someone who wanted to try to become vegan this was very helpful it was very detailed and informative there was a ton of recipes in the book and it is a e book  if you and kindle unlimited it is free but if you dont its 4.99 to buy it has 76 recipes 8 week plan to help you remember it take 21 days for you to break a habit here is my favorite

my pros and conns 
1. it was detailed  
2. it was convient to carry around in my home on my tablet 
3. it has for breakfast lunch and dinner 
4. its not just for those who want to be vegan its for those who want to do better for their health 
conns 
1. 2000 pages omy that was a little crazy for me 
as you can see there was way more pros then conns so i cant wait to see if i can keep going its not easy by any means
